Returns

Due to the nature of our products (health and dietary supplements), all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect orders, personal preference, or adverse reactions.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned supplements once they have left our facility.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will only offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged or defective.

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or returns will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Minor cosmetic damage to packaging

  • Adverse reactions, side effects, allergies, sensitivities, or illness

  • Failure to read ingredient lists or product descriptions

Packaging & Product Appearance

Product packaging, labelling, and branding may differ from images displayed on our website due to supplier or manufacturer updates.

This does not affect the product quality, formulation, or ingredients.
